For Custom Designs + Adopts Only

General Terms:

Character Designs are first come first serve.

Commissions take a lot of time, because of this, it can take up to weeks, sometimes even months! Since this is a character, depending on what service you want can take longer than a normal illustration service.

I will only have 5 slots for Custom Designs every 6 months

Custom Designs + Adopts:

For Adopts:
♡⋮ You can change the colors of some parts after purchasing.
♡⋮ Pre-claiming is allowed! However, if for some reason you cancel/back out, your funds will not be returned.
♡⋮ Holds are allowed for up to a week by making a down payment of 30% of the adoptable price. If you end up canceling/back out, again your funds will not be returned.

There are different licenses you can purchase for any custom/adopt!♡⋮ Commercial Usage ($50): turning design into VTuber Model, social media branding, using it for streaming.
♡⋮ Personal USage ($0): writing stories based on design, collecting as a hobby, personal use.

  • I have the right to take back ownership if you don't abide by my TOS

  • Buying a design means I own copyright and intellectual property over my design and artwork.

  • You may purchase licensing rights to the design

  • Design cannot be resold for higher than the original price you purchased it for. (Regardless of art, gifts, commissions created for the design).

  • Redistributing/Selling my design to people I have blacklisted will automatically remove your rights from my design from you, and the individual with NO refund. You will also be black listed PERMANENTLY!

Usage and Rights:

Commissions are for personal use only UNLESS stated otherwise. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have full rights to the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for the use of the artwork and the overall design.

What can you NOT do?

Commercial use rights (one-time purchase) $50+

WITHOUT commercial purchase:
♡⋮ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
♡⋮ Print the art for themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself
♡⋮ Use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.
♡⋮ Write stories based on designs
♡⋮ Collect as a hobby

  • Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me

  • Making my work into NFTs is prohibited.

  • My artwork may NOT be used for AI purposes.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement. I reserve the right to decline future commissions and also blacklist you.

Intellectual Property Rights:

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself within any place or site.

  • Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.

  • To display or post it where and whenever I like.

  • Take back ownership of design if client does not abide by TOS.

Rush Order:

  • The rush order fees are an additional 50% of the total price.

  • My current turnaround time without a rush order is 3-5 weeks.

  • The turnaround time depends on how many commissions I have, which you can check on my Trello.

  • Rushing your order will allow you to skip wait times, and you will receive your work within 5-15 business days, depending on how many are ordered + how long the commission will take.

  • Rush priority is only available if I can meet it, so please confirm with me through DM if I can rush your commission.
